Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made at ikonkobenhavn.com. All prices include VAT. The total price and shipping cost are shown before you complete your purchase.

Ordering and delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The order becomes binding when you receive an order confirmation. The tables are made to order, and the expected delivery time is stated on the product page or in the order confirmation. We will contact you in the event of significant delays.

Cancellation and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date you receive your order. Notify us at hello@ikonkobenhavn.com within this period and return the item no later than 14 days afterwards.

Return transport must be arranged with IKON Copenhagen. You pay the documented, actual return shipping cost, up to a maximum of DKK 2,000. IKON Copenhagen covers any additional amount. If you choose your own carrier, this must be agreed with us in advance.

The item must be packaged securely for return. You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. We will refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been returned.

The right of cancellation also applies to standard tables made to order. It does not apply to items made to your specific measurements, colours or other personal specifications outside our standard options. This will be clearly stated before purchase.

Complaints

You have a two-year right to complain under Danish consumer law. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. If the complaint is justified, we cover reasonable return costs.

Disputes

Please contact us first at hello@ikonkobenhavn.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus.
